If you are unsatisfied for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@lafeenoire.com Privacy Statement Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. Shipping Pay securely and safely with your Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, or Moneybookers. We also take telephone orders and accept payment by cheque. We offer competitive rates of postage and offer shipping worldwide. Postage is just £4.95 for UK orders regardless of size of parcel and all orders are recorded delivery. In most cases despatched by Royal Mail or courier.. UK Postage is free over £50. Parcels will require a signature on receipt to ensure safe delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where you will be available to sign for your parcel during business hours. For all international destinations postage charges vary but are clear upon checkout. Credit card payments will automatically convert to GBP value on your statements. Payment is always required prior to despatch, with no exceptions We aim to ship your order within 7 working days, as all items purchased are in stock / available direct from our partner stockists. We source items especially to sell to you so there if you ever see 'Out of Stock' on our site, the item is due back in soon!. When items are no longer available they are no longer in our online shop. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday (business working days, not including Bank Holidays) unless otherwise specified. Please make a request if next day delivery is required and accept additional payment may be required. Please expect a delay where bank holidays fall within the working week. For international deliveries please allow up to 14 working days Shipments outside of Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer or only at our discretion, and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Returns / Cancellations Policy If you decide to cancel your order please contact us by email at sales@lafeenoire.com or call us on 0845 6443894, within 7 days. However, if goods have already been despatched to you, which will be in most cases, you need to return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy Customer has the right to cancel up to 7 days from purchase date. Refunds for monies paid are never processed until goods returned. Our returns policy is simple, if not entirely satisfied with your item(s), simply return the item in its original condition , unwashed and unworn, with the returns slip provided within 7 days of receiving the item, for an exchange or refund. Goods received returned after 14 days may be returned to the customer and we reserve the right to refuse to refund. Refunds of the costs of the goods and our postage charge (the total you paid) given without quibble and the purchaser agrees to bear the cost of return postage unless in the rare instance of your purchase being faulty without being tampered with to make it so! To return a purchase(s), if applicable, please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) by registered mail to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. No responsibility will be taken for items lost in transit, we therefore strongly recommend you register and/or insure your parcel. Faulty Goods In the unlikely event that your item arrives in a faulty condition, please contact us immediately and return for refund or exchange. All our items are checked prior to despatch and a fault deemed to be caused by the recipient will not qualify for refund or exchanger and will consequently be returned back to the customer Exceptions For hygiene reasons, no returns are accepted on intimate items. Intimate items include pants or opened tights. We will exchange Maternity Bras and Support items if unworn and unwashed. Refunds or exchanges on our maternity swimwear are happily offered if the item is unworn and the hygiene strip is in place. Please make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clear on any correspondance to Lafeenoire Maternity . Include your depatch document in your parcel. You accept responsibility for return postage. Our Rights * to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. * to refuse an order we deem to be fraudulent in nature Micellaneous Details All items are tagged with either original brand labels or our Lafeenoire brand labels. We carry a huge range including our own brand maternity swimwear, designer and highstreet maternity jeans, imported maternity dresses and other maternity branded garments, some of which will have had labels removed or defaced discreetly to prevent store returns. This is a legal requirement and does not affect the quality of the item. Well known high street or overseas brands are selected to make up our collection. Hug-a-Bump® SPD Maternity Support Band is not shipped to countries outside the EU All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers and Promotions May be withdrawn at anytime without notice We sincerely hope our site is easy to navigate, simply select your category and browse to your hearts content! Bookmark us as new lines and brands are added regularly Intellectual Property Information Some of the range offered by La Fee Noire Maternity is highstreet brands or designer. Along side are our own label items. Please note, in the case of brands the labels will be defaced or indeed removed to avoid infringement of intellectual property rights and /or attempted store returns. Our stock is often sourced from bonefide wholesalers used by the brand companie themselves. Please be assured , where an item is listed using a brand name it is always the genuine article Hug-a-Bump® SPD Maternity Support Band is a registered trade mark and both designs are protected. Copyright rules apply and legal action will be taken against infringement Brands we carry vary from time to time and our prices are in line with our competitors. Any of our products purchased elsewhere, ie on internet auction sites will not be eligible for exchange, refund or communication there of Skincare & Toiletries (The La Fee Noire Skincare Range)
Validation and Evaluation Products supplied to us from our Aromatherapist are assessed by independent toxicologists and microbiology screening is undertaken by a second independent firm. It is advised to do a patch test of any new skincare product and leave for 24 hours prior to proper use. Follow guidelines on the packaging and our listing ref when to use the product safely
Photographs Photographs on our site are protected under copyright and action will be taken on any site copying or duplicating our won photographs.
